The operating process of the machine involves the following operations:
- loading of the hopper with product;
- feeding of the packing material and marking of the date with the date printer;
- cutting-off the unrolled piece from the packaging material to make a box;
- transfer of the unrolled piece on the forming die;
- checking for presence of the unrolled piece on the forming die;
- forming of the box and placing it into the forming table cradle;
- portioning of a product into definite portions to be distributed into the boxes (portioning of a product takes place with a piston device; from the hopper the product is transferred to the batcher- box on the worm);
- folding of the briquette ends;
- additional pressure affording the desired density and final sealing of the briquette;
- removal of the ready briquettes from the forming table and placement on the overturner which turns over the briquettes through 180º and feeds them on the conveyer belt.
