Notarization and Apostil for the purpose of setting up a WOFE in China
The following documents will be notarized by China-Appointed Attesting Officer and Apostil by China Legal Service (H.K.) Limited.

No tax deducted on interest earned. Interest on your offshore accounts is paid without the deduction of tax. Offshore income may not be subject to tax. The profits tax is 16.5%. There is no VAT/ GST in Hong Kong. The first tax filing will be on the 18th month since incorporation.

Within two months after filing the trade mark application, Trade Mark Registry will issue an Examination Report to analyze whether the trademark can be registered. After all the criteria raised by Trade Mark Registry have been met, the trademark application will be published on Government Journal for three months. When there is no one opposes the trade mark application within the three month period, the trade mark application is then completed.

The initial trade mark registration is effective for 10 years. It can be renewed for 10 years each time.

1. The Original Certificate of Incorporate of the Company
2. The latest Certificate of Incumbency
3. The resolution which are duly passed by ALL directors for the purpose of the Affidavit
4. The memorandum and article of association of the Company

The Governments of HKSAR and Guangdong Province have agreed on promoting Hong Kong-Guangdong as a RMB clearing centre and will work out relevant regulations and implementation plans.
